A King bed designed by Hans Wegner for Getama, consisting of two twin beds which are interconnectable. These are freestanding so could also work as two twin beds. Teak veneer headboards, oak slats, and painted birch frames, a beautiful mix of woods all suspended over tapered solid teak turned legs. This danish bed would work well with other danish furniture from Finn Juhl, Peter Hvidt and others.
Dimensions: King” 79.75” wide x 29.75” High x 79.75” Deep. Bed platforms are 12” high.
Condition: Good vintage condition. One oak slat replaced.
Shipping: These beds will ship broken down and will require assembly. 8 legs, 2 slat sets, 2 headboards and two bed frames. These beds will ship blanket wrapped by personal courier. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on your distance from the East coast and our shipper’s routes.
