Striking Mid-Century Brutalist ribbon-form table lamp by Harry Balmer for Laurel Lamp Co., circa 1960s. This lamp features a sculptural patinated steel body on a black metal base. A bold, functional statement piece. This mid-century anomaly possesses a weightless, swirling quality, unusual in brutalism, in striking contrast with the dark heavy material with which the lamp is composed. Tested. Lamp Shade not included.
