A 1960s gondola sofa designed by Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates. Mid century modern at its finest with sweeping solid walnut sculptural legs. Spanning 102” in width with two open ends. Reupholstered in an aegean teal wool. Dark blues and greens blend to a beautiful color that pairs perfectly with the walnut grain. Fabric is Luum Fleece which is a 60% wool blend. This sofa would pair well with american classics by Vladimir Kagan, George Nakashima, and Milo Baughman.
Condition: Newly upholstered. New straps, new foam, new fabric. Frame refinished, all joints have been reglued. Ready to go another 60 years.
