A vintage womb chair and ottoman designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. Reupholstered in a teal maharam fabric, called Maharam Beck Applachian green blue wool. The fabric is 78% wool blend. Solid Black painted iron frame. Chair and ottoman were stripped to the fiberglass and plywood frames and new foam applied by a former knoll employee who uses the Knoll correct foam and adhesives. The womb chair with original removable plastic feet. This is a second generation womb. 1st generation having welded iron pucks.

Retains early Knoll Associates Tags and Labels.

Condition: Like new, new foam and upholstery, ready to go another 20-30 years. Some light scratches to the black painted frame. Womb chair retains original feet. Ottoman does not.
