Pair of 1950s Swivel Chairs designed by Henry P Glass for JG Furniture Brass Leg

$0.00

A pair of swivel lounge chairs designed by Henry P Glass for J.L. Chase Co. for the forecast group. Very few pieces from this group resurface, and when they do, they always sell quickly. These examples are the TV swivel chairs with a boxy frame and angled arms, all floating above angled brass legs. Very comfortable spring seat. Solid wood frame construction. This is built to last generations. This chair would compliment pieces made by Gio Ponti, Edward Wormley, Vladimir Kagan, Robsjohn Gibbings, Harvey Probber and others. Quintessential mid century modern.

Unmarked.
