1950s Early Adrian Pearsall Chairs for Craft associates Rare MCM Mid century

One form with 4 legs on a swivel base is labeled with a craft associates with a 296 Madison Ave Address. This is the earliest known address where Adrian and his brother Richard were the only employees of Craft Associates, suggesting Adrian not only conceived this design but built it as well. The second chair an open back form is rare in itself with only a few examples surfacing in the last 5 years. Slanted seats, paddle arms, and extensive iron framing with a nod to Jean Royere.
