A fine Italian walnut flip top dining table with aluminum inlays manufactured by Singer and Sons. The design aims attributed to Bertha Schaefer, however Gio Ponti and Ico Parisi were also designing for Singer and Sons at the time. Beautiful inlays accentuate the angled walnut top. A compact design perfect for apartment living, quickly expands from a 30”x30” table to a 60×30” for those unexpected guests. Uncommon table with only a few examples found. Mid century modern at it’s finest.

Condition: Light scratches to surface. Some scratches to brass anodized inlay. One side with just aluminum inlay. Flips Well. Good vintage condition with expected wear from a 70 year old piece.
